Perfectly positioned on the iconic Seven Ways roundabout at 52 Blair Street, North Bondi, the office sits in a prime location where all corners of Bondi come together, directly opposite Blackwood cafe.

The high-profile building, aptly named Seven Ways, has long been embedded in Bondi’s real estate landscape, having been the home base to Ron Bauer and his team for decades. We’re delighted that Ron and his team are now operating under the PPD banner alongside our 2026 specialists, including Charlie Beaumont and Conrad Panebianco and their teams.
