In Double Bay, a 596sqm site on William Street achieved an 87% price uplift with a new gross floor area of 1,311sqm, while a Rose Bay site on Dover Road spanning 1,042sqm achieved a 56% uplift with a new gross floor area of 2,292sqm.

Jason recently exchanged on the team’s highest ever sale price, a row of houses and a block of apartments in excess of $70m. The landmark transaction forms part of a major Rose Bay acquisition that could deliver around 250 new apartments.
