As many of you are already aware tomorrow, Saturday 7th May, is the much-anticipated St Catherine’s School Magnolia Fair which will raise vital funds for the school. As a supporter of the school for the past five years, Alexander Phillips has donated a Commission-Free Property Sale as a major prize in the Silent Auction which forms the cornerstone of the schools’ P&F Association’s fundraising efforts to support the school’s academic, pastoral and sporting endeavors.

The winning bidder will have five years to use the prize, expiring 7th May 2027, to save 2% commission on the sale of your eastern suburbs property (equivalent to $40,000 for a $2m sale with all funds raised going directly to St Catherine’s School). Alexander says, “As a long-term supporter of St Catherine’s School, we’re thrilled to again be part of such a great community event. The Magnolia Fair is set to be a fantastic day out with music, entertainment, food, a petting zoo and of course the silent auction. As Platinum Sponsor, we’ve also helped promote the event with a number of signboards around the area and are looking forward to day of fun on the school grounds.”

A past recipient of the auction prize says, “Alexander achieved a standout result with the auction of our Randwick property which sold for $3.1m, exceeding our expectations with all proceeds of the sale supporting key educational programs and facilities for the students at St Catherine’s School.”
