In 2015, a 19-year-old Maddy Nurmi walked into PPD fresh from Kmart – bright-eyed, full of energy and ready to learn. Fast forward 10 years, and she now heads up our marketing department, bringing smarts, heart and hustle to everything she does. From day one, Maddy has been the quiet force behind the scenes where she’s busy connecting sales and management teams, juggling marketing schedules, compliance, training and more, and all with her signature smile!

Partner Jason Pantzer says, “Maddy has truly made her mark in operations. Her experience and can-do attitude are the backbone of the PPD ops team. Over the years, Maddy has become the consummate professional. As her role has grown, so has her impact and she now leads our Sales and Marketing division and manages our day-to-day operations. Watching Maddy grow over the past decade has been a joy. She’s now nurturing her own team as we expand into new markets, and her knowledge will be a key part of our future success. I’m incredibly grateful, not just for her loyalty, but for the friendship we’ve built.”

Maddy joined the team as an Administrative Assistant and was soon recognised for her flair for marketing and her natural affinity with people leading her to move up the ranks.
