This month marks a decade since PPD opened the doors for business and the week has been a time to reflect on the past 10 years and celebrate the achievements of Australia’s most awarded independent agency. The brainchild of three of Australia’s top-performing agents, Alexander Phillips, Jason Pantzer and Debbie Donnelley, the agency has grown from a boutique firm of 12 into a real estate powerhouse with over 65 agents and operations staff spread over three flagship agencies in Woollahra and Coogee.

Jason Pantzer says, “To say that we are grateful and humbled by the team’s success over the past 10 years would be an enormous understatement. We are equally grateful to all our clients and partners who have supported us along the way and who are an integral part of our business and work culture. That said, we are just getting warmed up and our team of Sydney’s best established and upcoming sales agents and property managers are calibrated for the marketplace of tomorrow and we look forward to an exciting decade ahead.”

Since we opened for business, PPD has achieved $14 billion in sales with 5,900 properties sold and 3,700 leased which is an extraordinary achievement and we’re incredibly proud of our team.”

To commemorate the anniversary and thank everyone for a decade of dedication, the entire crew was treated to an evening fine food, wine and entertainment at Neil Perry’s dining institution, Margaret in Double Bay. The champagne flowed, the food was exceptional and the team celebrated in style with music and dancing.                                        

It’s been an incredible journey so far and to mark the 10 year milestone, PPD has unveiled a new corporate logo that reflects the company’s future strategic direction, mission and goals. PPD are forever grateful for the ongoing support from all our clients, partners and employees all of whom have contributed to our success and we look forward to working with you in the year ahead.

This week the sales team secured 7 sales with an average price of $3.6m and listed 9 new properties and the management team secure 9 tenancies and listed 18 new properties for lease.
