From sales and property management to finance and innovation, the past 12 months have seen our teams not only meet the demands of a dynamic market but exceed expectations through collaboration, commitment and care.

At the heart of our business lies a deep commitment to delivering results, and this year, those results spoke volumes. Our sales team achieved a landmark year, securing 641 sales with a combined value of over $2 billion, while listing 785 properties across Sydney’s coveted eastern suburbs. These results are a testament to the tireless work ethic, market knowledge and client-first focus that define our agents.

On the property management front, our dedicated team listed 502 properties and successfully leased 469, helping hundreds of landlords and tenants navigate the ever-evolving rental market with confidence and clarity.

A standout milestone this year was the launch of our dedicated finance division, PPD Money; a game-changer for clients. Created to provide a seamless, end-to-end service, PPD Money offers expert mortgage guidance, negotiates competitive rates and takes the stress out of securing finance. From debt structuring to borrowing strategies, it’s now an essential part of our core services delivering significant time and cost savings for our clients.

We were also thrilled to welcome our Head of Property Management, Racheal Beadman, along with sales agents Christian West and Daniel Cachia to the leadership team as Partners. These appointments underscore our ongoing commitment to investing in our people and strengthening our culture from within.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been equally focused on innovation. The rollout of new tech platforms and systems have enhanced the way we operate, streamlining communication and support for both our team and our clients. We also refurbished our Coogee office, creating a fresh, collaborative environment that reflects the professionalism and energy of our brand.
