Lara joined PPD in 2023 and quickly progressed through several roles, reflecting her strong work ethic, initiative and passion for the industry. After graduating from St Catherine’s School, she began her career with the agency as a receptionist before moving into a leasing role, where she spent two years honing her skills and earning recognition as a finalist in the REB Leasing Agent of the Year Awards 2025. Lara’s hard work and strong people skills saw her transition into sales as Executive Assistant to Team West, marking an exciting new chapter in her career.

Having grown up in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Lara always aspired to work at PPD, drawn to the agency’s strong industry reputation and deep ties to the local communities she grew up around and knows so well. Personable and an excellent communicator, she takes pride in ensuring every interaction is positive, professional and productive.
