With his family’s history in the Bondi community, Conrad’s passion for property ensured he started a building career after school. While undertaking his trade, Conrad began his building licence at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). However, the GFC struck in 2008, and Conrad decided to switch from building properties to selling them.

Determined to complete a tertiary degree and now fully immersed in residential sales, the hardworking Conrad returned to UTS and completed a property economics degree full-time in 2014, somehow squeezing in his studies at night.
