For general maintenance requests please complete and submit the form below providing as much information of the repairs as possible. Maintenance, unless urgent, is given to tradesmen by the end of the following business day.
If the damage is found to be caused by the tenant either accidently or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair. The cost will be debited from the tenant's rental account after 30 days notice.
As per your lease agreement the method of access by a tradesman to your property is by you the tenant being at the property and providing access. The tradesperson will call your prior to attending on the number you have supplied.

In the event of a situation outside of our office hours and on weekends where you believe urgent attention is required for a repair, please refer to the below list of tradesmen and contact details. If you are unsure if the issue requires urgent repair, please contact the relevant tradesman to discuss the issue so that they determine if immediate action is required.

An urgent repair is considered to be:
Water pipes have broken or burst
Blocked or broken toilet (if second toilet is not available)
Serious roof leak
Dangerous electrical fault
Flooding or serious flood damage
Serious storm or fire damage
A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
A failure or breakdown of any essential service on the premises for water or cooking
Hot water service failure
Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure.
