1.  PROPERTY PORTFOLIO MANAGER

PPD Real Estate has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, Property Manager to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, this is an end-to-end portfolio management position responsible for 150 properties.  You will be supported by our Leasing and Accounts teams and led by a manager who is always hands-on to help, guide and encourage.

2.  COMPLIANCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER
PPD Real Estate has a newly created position for a Compliance and Operations Manager to join their Property Management team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate professional to join an award winning, industry leader.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you are responsible for ensuring the Property Management team is conducting business in full compliance of the current NSW legislation, and maintaining professional standards.

A Snap Shot of the Role:

  • Ensure all new Management Agreements are compliant
  • Accurately enter all Management Agreements into REST & Filesmart
  • Provide administrative support for strata notices to owners and tenants
  • Manage and audit all new tenancy files, keys, landlord insurances, smoke alarms, etc.
  • Heath Check A-Z property files
  • Compliance file check for all re-lets
  • Lost management file checks
  • Annual Fire Inspections, Window Lock Safety Register, Water Compliance, By Laws, Swimming pools, etc.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes, technology and systems
  • Champion all PM Software, ensure software is up to date, deliver training to new starters and provide ongoing team training
  • Maintain all PM checklists up to date
